Cancellation & Refund Policy

Toto Coaching provides digital courses, training programs, and memberships that renew on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Cancellations

• You may cancel your course or membership at any time before your renewal date.

• Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal charge processes.

• Once a renewal payment has been processed, the transaction is final.

Refunds

• No refunds are issued for cancellations made on or after the renewal date.
  Because all course materials, downloads, and resources are delivered digitally, access cannot be “returned,” and therefore renewal payments are non-refundable.

• No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

How to Cancel

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account dashboard

• To ensure your cancellation is processed on time, please allow reasonable time before your renewal date.

Access After Cancellation

• When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

• After that date, your subscription access and resources will be discontinued.

Agreement

By purchasing or renewing a Toto Coaching course or membership, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
